Property Description:** - Our listing is for a basement unit. -During the wetter seasons and rain fall the unit can sometimes have a basement smell - While the unit receives natural light, please be aware that being a basement, it may not have as much natural light as upper-level units. - The property may have some minor cosmetic imperfections, such as door alignment issues and signs of wear and tear. **2. Cleanliness:** - We take great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. - Before every stay, the property is deeply cleansed to ensure your utmost comfort and satisfaction. - We use cleaning products that are effective and safe for your well-being. **3. Noise and Consideration:** - Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM). - Respect the privacy and peace of our neighbors, as well as other guests in the building. **4. Smoking and Pets:** - Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. - We do allow pets on the premises for an extra fee please inquire within. **5. Occupancy:** - Only the number of guests specified in the booking are allowed to stay overnight. - Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted on the property. **6. Security and Damages:** - We provide a safe environment, but we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. - Guests are liable for any damages caused during their stay, including those due to negligence or misuse. **7. Check-In and Check-Out:** - Check-in time is 3:00pm , and check-out time is 10:00am. Please adhere to these times to ensure proper turnover for other guests. **8. Respectful Behavior:** - Treat the property and its contents with respect and care. - Any behavior that violates local laws or disrupts the peaceful environment may result in eviction without refund - Any Excessive Filth or destructive behavior will be charged with a fine of up to $250+ *9.
