Property Description:** - The property may have some minor cosmetic imperfections such as signs of wear and tear. **2. Cleanliness:** - We take great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. - Before every stay, the property is deeply cleansed to ensure your utmost comfort and satisfaction. - We use cleaning products that are effective and safe for your well-being. **3. Noise and Consideration:** - Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM). - Respect the privacy and peace of our neighbors, as well as other guests in the building. **4. Smoking and Pets:** - Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. - We do allow pets on the premises for an extra fee please inquire within. **5. Occupancy:** - Only the number of guests specified in the booking are allowed to stay overnight. - Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted on the property. **6. Security and Damages:** - We provide a safe environment, but we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. - Guests are liable for any damages caused during their stay, including those due to negligence or misuse. **7. Check-In and Check-Out:** - Check-in time is 3:00pm , and check-out time is 10:00am. Please adhere to these times to ensure proper turnover for other guests. **8. Respectful Behavior:** - Treat the property and its contents with respect and care. - Any behavior that violates local laws or disrupts the peaceful environment may result in eviction without refund - Any Excessive Filth or destructive behavior will be charged with a fine of up to $250+ -Please Keep Thermostat🔥 ❄️on “AUTO” and Never on “ON” please don’t turn it above 75 without permission. (Fees May Apply if rules are broken) *9. Communication:** - If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please reach out to us promptly. We are here to assist you 24/7 . **10. Liability:** - The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. -Keys to the property are in your possession during your stay so you are liable if they are lost or misplaced. (Fees Applicable) 11. Parking:* - We provide 1 parking permit if any additional parking pass is needed please reach out there may be an additional charge. Please note if the parking pass is lost or not returned there is a mandatory $250 replacement fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
